WAYS TO HELP

There are many ways you can help to ensure our Annual Auction is the best one yet. 

SPONSOR
We offer various levels of Auction sponsorship, with an array of benefits.  If you are interested, please review our Sponsorship Form and choose the appropriate level and fax or email it to EDC. 

ADVERTISE
Advertise your business, organization, or simply congratulate one of this year’s Environmental Heroes with an ad spot in the auction program.  To advertise in this year’s auction program please complete and return the Advertising Form.  We prefer you design and submit the ad artwork yourself however you may also submit desired text and images and EDC staff will assist you with the design.

DONATE
The generous donation of auction items from local businesses and community members makes our auction possible.  If you are interested in contributing an auction item please complete and return the Item Donation Form.

VOLUNTEER

• Join the Auction Committee: Assist in securing auction items. Help with event marketing and promotion. Give support in event planning, coordinating and implementation.

• Volunteer at the Event: Lend a hand on the day of the event.  Set-up/break-down. Greet the guests.  Serve wine & hors d oeuvres.  Check-in/check-out.  Live auction assistant.
